It’s a high-results class that delivers the perfect combination of strength and cardiovascular training, while at the same time focusing your mind and filling you with light-fuelled energy.

In the boxing element, we use Aqua Bags to build on combination punches. Finish with a Championship round! Meanwhile, strength focuses on a different body part each day:
